The 9-Stage Atomic Pipeline is now our operational standard. Recent activity on sunny-archive demonstrates its value: we halted a production promotion due to a 401 status on a health route, preventing a broken deployment. This is engineering maturity in action.

The focus is now shifting to Operational Hardening—patching the "nervous system" (notifications and observability) to ensure Thomas and I have a clear view of the battlefield.
